Ingredients
- 300 g Casolèt cheese
- 2 pears
- 1 dried fig
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 lemon
- salt.
Preparation
Put the fig, walnut oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in the blender and blend until you get a sauce. Cut the Casolèt cheese and the pears into largish cubes and serve with the sauce.
